BytheSea collection small crackle bowl.
A fused glass small decorative crackle effect bowl in french vanilla, dark blue and amber. This small bowl was made from bullseye clear sheet glass and powders. It has been fired twice in the kiln before being dropped through a doughnut shaped ceramic ring. The excess rim was removed and the piece has been cold worked. The bowl is smooth and shiny on top and slightly textured with a matt finish on the underside which is due to the technique used to create the crackle. Size: dia. 12.7cm x height 3.81.
Shipping and returns.
If for some reason the piece is not quite what you wanted or you would like to change it, I accept returns within 30 days of original purchase. The piece must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will need to arrange and pay for shipping. If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service insurance.
How to care for your glass.
Do not put art glass in a dishwasher. If you have purchased a functional piece, you can wash it under the tap with a mild detergent, rinse and dry it thoroughly. Decorative pieces can be cleaned with a soft cloth, glass cleaner or a damp cloth with mild detergent and rinsed and dried thoroughly.
Small bubbles in the piece
The small bubbles contained in the glass are part of the kiln formed glass process and are not faults.
