The piece must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will need to arrange and pay for shipping. How to care for your glass.
Do not put art glass in a dishwasher. If you have purchased a functional piece, you can wash it under the tap with a mild detergent, rinse and dry it thoroughly. Decorative pieces can be cleaned with a soft cloth, glass cleaner or a damp cloth with mild detergent and rinsed and dried thoroughly.
Small bubbles in the piece
The small bubbles contained in the glass are part of the kiln formed glass process and are not faults.
